Programs East Valley Juniors Volleyball Club, Inc.'s (EVJ) mission is to create a culture where every athlete has the opportunity to reach her fullest potential. We believe in
**College-Prep Setters’ Specialty Training Program**
Positional setter training will be provided for the team setters each Monday and/or Wednesday either before or after practice (includes 12-1's through 18-1's.) Half-hour concentrated sessions by age group and ability will focus on repetition, consistency, and coaches' feedback. Setters will train the technical and tactical aspects of becoming a great setter.
**Collegiate-Prep Master Training Coaches** Training will be run in a college-prep style where all teams will train skills and techniques in a determined manner. Skill based drills and game-like drills/play will be balanced in order to develop muscle memory to perform the skills properly while allowing the players to adjust to the natural speed and chaos of the game. Best practices and a collaborative effort will be used to train the athletes in specific positions and as all-around players.
